Ingredients
- ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Muesli (or rolled oats add maple syrup if so)
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt or flavored if you prefer
- ½ cup milk or milk alternative (Flax milk is what is pictured here but I use whatever I buy at the store that week – almond milk coconut milk, soy milk…)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 banana
- spoonful PB

Instructions
- Combine Muesli, yogurt, milk and chia seeds in a bowl or container and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with sliced banana and PB, or fruit and nut butter of choice.
