Ingredients

Bob’s Red Mill Muesli (or rolled oats
add maple syrup if so)
¼
cup
plain Greek yogurt
or flavored if you prefer
½
cup
milk or milk alternative (Flax milk is what is pictured here but I use whatever I buy at the store that week – almond milk
coconut milk, soy milk…)

chia seeds

banana
spoonful

Instructions
Combine Muesli, yogurt, milk and chia seeds in a bowl or container and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with sliced banana and PB, or fruit and nut butter of choice.
