Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cooked Wheat Berries
- 12 oz Plain Yogurt
- 1.5 in Cup Sliced Strawberries {or whatever isseason!}
- ½ Cup walnuts
- Assorted toppings of choice: Honey Chia Seeds, Coconut {Chocolate Shavings?!}
- 2 Mason Jars for Serving

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine wheatberries, yogurt and half of the berries together
- Place half of mixture in jars, filling halfway
- Layer walnuts and strawberries in the middle
- Fill to top with remaining yogurt mixture
- Add assorted toppings on top and seal with lid if serving later
