Ingredients
- 2 cans beans drained and rinsed (pinto, black, kidney, garbanzo...)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers seeded and diced
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- 1 package tempeh crumbled (use your hands to break it up!)
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder or to taste
- 2 cups water

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
